Return shipping is free — we will cover all return shipping costs on your behalf.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@lilisofia.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
